Write the name in the notification area on the right clock on your computer

Open the Control Panel

Double-click Regional and Language

Click the Customize tab Standards And Formats

Select the Time tab

Content of AM and PM symbols with the desired name, the length of 12 characters

Click OK 2 (two times), the first to close the Customize Regional Options, and the second to close the Regional And Language Options
