Sigit W. :

Cover all the downloads and web pages and tasks such as MS-Word, Photoshop, ETS game and all that takes bandwidth.
But still connected to the internet.

After the closing of all, open the desktop screen and refresh and observe that the number of times the refresh icon (blinking). If the icon was refreshed two times or more it is likely that you are infected with a keylogger, trojan or virus.

The first method is very simple for everybody to use the ADSL router. After all download the internet and the process is closed, we just check the status of the ethernet light. It should not blink at a very fast rate. This indicates that the packet is being transferred in and out of your computer.
But because there are no active downloads or Internet activity so there is no need to transfer packets. If so ... You might be in hack

Run and type cmd. Command prompt will open. At the command prompt type

netstat-a

This shows a list of active internet connection, check if there is no need internet connections ESTABLISHED. If so, you may hack

You notice any abnormal activity on your computer, such as your computer hangs for several seconds every time you turn on or between your tasks (if it happens often), it is likely that you are on the hack. Keyloggers and trojans often configured to provide any information to log into the destination ip address / ftp address after the lapse of time reqular. And when this information is being sent, the browser hangs for some time.

Use the software to display all the connections that made the list that can detect almost any trojan / malicious connection.

Keep your antivirus and firewall installed externally, update antivirus...:)
